Building certifier renewals and certifiers ceasing to operate.

Certifier renewals

The following certifiers have been renewed this month until mid-2005:

  • Malcolm Davis, Building Certifier No 13, approved until 10 June 2005
  • Prime Building Compliance Limited, Building Certifier No 24, approved until 30 June 2005
  • Robert Johnston, Building Certifier No 5, approved until 13 June 2005
  • Scott MacBeth, Building Certifier No 18, approved until 30 June 2005
  • Bevan Smith, Building Certifier No 19, approved until 30 June 2005

Building certifiers ceasing to operate

Building Inspection and Advisory Services (BIAS), Building Certifier No 26, has voluntarily ceased operations as a building certifier (but does not expire until January 2005)

City Design Ltd, Building Certifier No 25, expired in September 2004. City Design will continue with its main service focus

GHD Ltd, Building Certifier No 23, expired in October 2004. GHD will continue with its main service focus

Ross Hamilton, Building Certifier No 21,has voluntarily wound down his business, renewal expires in December 2004.
