Key Indicator Reports (KIRs)
The Key Indicator Reports (KIRs) analyse sector trends for stakeholders and people interested in the building and construction and housing sectors.
These reports include current data and commentary that ties everything together in a cohesive summary.
Each report brings together information from a range of sources, such as Statistics New Zealand, Quotable Value, and the Ministry’s own internal sources, to give a comprehensive picture. They are updated as soon as new information comes in, so be sure to check back regularly.
